A safe home

We work both with preventive help for girls as young as five years from becoming victims, and with girls who have been rescued from sexual abuse. The vision is to establish homes where children can experience security, love and care, and where we can provide long-term help with education, training creating jobs for them when they grow up. In this way they can avoid being forced into sexual exploitation. LHFN runs several student hostels and a school in three different places in the country, in the south and in the west, as well as in Kathmandu. The main hostel in Kathmandu was dedicated in February 2018.
